We want to thank you for the many warm reactions we received from you. For us the conference was a strong next step in the development of the EGCOA. Many new countries want to start owners associations. The influence of and sharing of knowledge amongst golf course owners grows.

The demand side of golf is changing rapidly. The number of players is still growing each year. But are the new golfers the same golfers? Are their needs the same as our existing golfers? What are the reasons for new players to play only 9 holes instead of 18? Is it because they have a busy life and simply don’t have the time to play all 18 holes? What is the value of the social aspect of a golf society at your course?
These and many other questions will be touched in different sessions by specialists from all over the world. They will share their thoughts and give their insight on the development of golf during the 3rd European Golf Business Conference in Berlin.
 
Who should attend and what is the goal of the conference?
From the 5th until the 7th of November, Golf Course owners, golf managers, directors of golf, suppliers, representatives of national and European golf bodies, golf course architects and industry partners will be together in Berlin to attend at the 3rd European Golf Business Conference. The aim of the conference is to bring the European golf business together in order to get ideas to improve the operation of golf courses, to share ideas, to make friends and to get inspired to make your big change!
